Overland Company delivered Phase II of the Red Barn Industrial Center, with the addition of a 13,000 SF single structure of flex space. The new building can be either single use or divisible based on future client needs, and includes secured yard storage for each potential unit.

Planned separate office spaces along one wall of the building allow for supervision to be on-site and out of the working area. The space can be divided into 3,000 SF spaces or larger depending on need.
