The Midway Campus will not only be the new world headquarters for Blackstrap Industries, but will be home to several flex spaces and retail businesses as well. With 75,000 SF of space across three structures, along with outdoor common areas for events, Midway is positioned to be a new destination in the community that provides fresh retail options and job opportunities.

This project finds itself nestled amidst active industrial businesses, residential communities, and several main roads. Overland has to execute on the project while maintaining daily living for those around it, throughout its life cycle. Storefront units will be available at the intersection to draw in local traffic. Each unit, regardless of being focused on industrial or retail, will include 240v power and fiber internet access.
