Completed in the midst of one of the most volatile supply chain climates in recent history, The Beacon Campus development was a true test of mettle for our project team. We worked closely with ownership, the designers, and city officials to find a path towards delivery, all while remaining in tune with the client’s intent for the product.

Beacon consists of 60,000 SF of wood-framed flex and light industrial space, as well as 30,000 additional square feet of manufacturing plant.

Parking and business access was a large focus for the team, which lead to onsite food cart amenities and the potential for EV charging in the future.

Available units range 2,500 to 10,000 SF and have individual gas heat and water meters. All units come with 240V power and fiber internet access.

Grade-level access doors offer an incredible level of accessibility and flexible use across the entire campus.
